Terms of service

Effective: 26 July 2026

These terms govern use of Maltashopper Omnibus, provided by Maltashopper. Installing or using the app means the merchant accepts these terms.

Service

The app tracks Shopify product prices and provides tools intended to assist merchants with prior-price disclosures. It is a technical aid, not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance in every jurisdiction. Merchants remain responsible for their prices, promotions, storefront content and legal obligations.

Charges

Paid subscriptions, trials, approvals, renewals and cancellations are processed by Shopify and shown to the merchant before a charge is accepted. The current price and trial period are the terms displayed on Shopify’s subscription approval screen and App Store listing.

Merchant responsibilities

• Keep Shopify account and billing information current.
• Review the app’s settings and theme block before enabling notices.
• Avoid representing an unverified or conditional price as a generally available historical price.
• Obtain professional advice for the laws applying to the merchant’s markets.

Availability and liability

The service may be changed or interrupted for maintenance, security or platform changes. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and indirect or consequential losses are excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Termination and contact

Merchants can terminate use by uninstalling the app. Shopify access is revoked immediately and remaining shop data is handled as described in the privacy policy. Questions can be sent to support@maltashopper.com.
